Use of Town and Country Floors content

You may not reproduce, modify or in any way commercially exploit any of the Content without prior written permission from Town and Country Floors. Written materials provided in printed or electronic form to you by Town and Country Floors may not be modified,adapted, translated, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of Town and Country Floors. 

Notwithstanding the above, you may download (including caching) and use the images on this website provided that such use is for personal use only and not for personal gain. Town and Country Floors status as the author of any Content must always be acknowledged.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law. The parties irrevocably agree to irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any dispute, which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms or the legal relationship established by them. 

Colour Disclaimer

We cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen as an exact colour of the product. We strive to make our colours as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. All colours are approximations of actual colours. No refunds will be given on your colour choice unless the wrong colour has been delivered by us.

Settlement Terms

Unless otherwise agreed by Town and Country Floors in writing, accounts are payable in full prior to delivery of the Goods taking place. 


Unless otherwise agreed in writing all orders are executed subject to prices and any relevant discounts ruling at the date of receipt of the order and any price list of the Company whether published or not will not affect the right of the Company to charge for Goods in accordance with this clause. All prices are subject to the addition of Value Added Tax at the appropriate rate. Payment of the Price quoted and the VAT must be paid at sale, prior to delivery arrangements being made.

In the event of termination, variation or suspension of a contract on the Buyer’s instruction or by lack of instruction, the contract price will be adjusted to reflect the additional costs incurred by the Company. Where a price per unit has been quoted and the Buyers requires a smaller number of units to be delivered than those quoted for, the Company reserves the right to adjust the rates of prices applicable thereto.


We aim to deliver within 10 working days, or on your preferred date of delivery, however we cannot guarantee your chosen day or the speed of our deliveries.Even though Town and Country Floors pride ourselves in supplying top quality goods and services. If however projects do not go to plan or you change your mind this is what you need to know. 

Your right to cancel or return of your purchase

Town and Country Floors will be happy to issue your refund on receipt of goods in an unopened, unused and undamaged condition if the following condition are adhered to.

What if I change my mind?

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of delivery with the return of goods back to Town and Country Floors at your expense and the cost of the initial delivery to you, even if this was under a free delivery offer. You can still have a refund or exchange your goods, but you could be charged up to 30% restocking fee.

What if my goods are Faulty?

If your order arrives with a manufacturing fault, as long as it is reported within 48 hours of delivery we will make arrangements to have the goods replaced without
any cost to you.

How do I return my purchase?

1) Someone will contact you to discuss the return and give you a returns number
2) Send the goods back to Town and County Floors

3) Once we have received the goods, we will arrange for a refund using the original payment method
4) You are responsible for arrange for the safe return of the goods and they arrive in the same condition that you received then in
5) If for any reason the goods returned are damaged the costs will be taken from the total amount to be refunded
6) Please remember, in all situations where there is no manufacturing fault you are responsible for returning the goods to us, at your expense, and the cost of the initial delivery to you, even if this was under a free delivery offer, in complete, unused, and in “as new” condition and within 30 days of purchase.

Can I return all products?

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products which are bespoke, made to your specifications or cut from a roll unless they’re faulty.
• We cannot except returns for the following items: Accessories, Glue and LVT Design/Feature/Inlay Strips.

Can you decline your return request?

In some circumstances we may refuse your return, with the following reason:-
• If you no longer want an item (eg because it’s the wrong size or colour) unless you bought it without seeing it.

Can I cancel my order?

• Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing your order, after this time, we cannot accept cancellation as your order will be in process.

Town and Country Floors Fitting Service

This condition only applies to fitting carried out by Town and Country Floors, if any other third parties fits the floors we do not guarantee any of the work or advice given by any third party. When we give you a free quotation, we will advise you on the preparations work and product is required prior to fitting, if you choose not to accept our recommendations, we can not guarantee any defects other than those caused by the floor layers. If recommendations not accepted but floor still fitted, any rectifications due to the admittance of our advice will be chargeable.
